We create an agreement between Strand Barista Institute (the Agency) and our Clients for the placement of qualified baristas.
Core Service: We recruit, screen, and place baristas with your business, streamlining your hiring process.

Our Two Guarantee Models:

We offer two distinct guaranteed placement options to minimize your hiring risk:

12-Month Guaranteed Placement: If a placed barista's performance falls below your documented standards, or if they leave your employ within 12 months, we will find and provide a suitable replacement barista at no additional Placement Fee to you.
6-Month Guaranteed Placement: Similar to the 12-month model, but the guarantee period is for 6 months. If non-performance or departure occurs within this timeframe, a replacement barista will be provided at no extra cost.

Replacement Clause: Our commitment means that if a placed barista doesn't perform as expected or departs within the guaranteed period, we take on the responsibility of finding a new, qualified candidate for you, ensuring continuity and quality for your coffee operations without incurring further agency fees.
