My journey into the world of coffee began only later in life.  However once the the journey began - I was both intrigued and captured by the tastes and nuances of coffee drinks.  Watching baristas at work soon meant I wanted to do the same and from that I began my journey into serving coffees in retail.  Soon we decided to try for more control of our coffee offerings and decided to start our own Roastery; deciding on an Air-Motion air-roaster.

 From my experience in sales and customer service I saw the need for a concise and practical guide to training baristas for real life placements in both event based and cafe employment.  From this we set about creating a Training Manual for our intensive three day teaching.
